Booth Application for 2013
End of Winter Rec Show
This is a one time event that takes place at the same time as the AWSC Convention which will bring to La Crosse 700 representatives from seventy Wisconsin Counties.
This is a show that is tailored to snowmobilers. We are interested in products that are related to snowmobiles or to snowmobilers’ tastes. We are outdoor people with many interests including motorcycles, ATV’s, summer and winter vacation spots, camping, golfing, and boating during our warm seasons.

This event will also coincide with the La Crosse Home Show; people attending the Home Show will also have access to our End of Winter Rec Show.
Approximate Show Hours are as follows:
March 22, Friday – 5PM to 9PM
March 23, Saturday – 10 AM to 6 PM
March 24, Sunday – Noon – 5 PM
A typical 8’x10’ booth package is $250.00 and includes the following:
1 – 8-ft. table with skirting,
2 – padded folding chairs,
One 110 outlet (bring your own extension cords),
One 11” x 17” one line sign, and
Back and side drapes.
Additional space will be $150 for each 8x10 added.

Bulk space will be roughly $150 for 8’ x 10’ space (variations will be accepted)

If you are interested, we are asking for a deposit to secure your spot. Priority will be given to first come, first serve. Deposit of $150.00 by check made out to La Crosse Winter Show. Send application and check to Nancy Olson, 4109 County Road B, La Crosse WI, 54601. Nonrefundable after 6/1/12.
