The Club Trip on February 18-20th will be going to Lumbermans in Iron River. Everyone will need to make their own reservations. At Lumbermens in Iron River, WI, the cost will be $52.50 on Thursday and $70.09 for Friday and Saturday nights. If the rooms aren’t reserved by Club members by February 3rd, the confirmation won’t be held. The deadline has been moved back to Sunday the 7th. The telephone number for Lumbermens is 1-715-372-4515. If 10 rooms aren’t reserved, the Club won’t receive the 15% discount.
update 12-5-09
The Coulee Sno-Drifters are proud to announce that they have succeeded in creating access trails to Onalaska motels and restruants along highway 35. These are the only motels on the trail in La Crosse County as far as I know. Lets try to show these businesses the benefits of being on the trail and visit them when you are in the area. If you know of anyone staying in the motels, please remember that Onalaska still has a curfew on snowmobiles. You have to be off the trails by 10:30 PM and not on the trails before 7:00 AM

We want to thank everyone who attended our annual Chili Feed at the Onalaska American Legion
The weather was perfect and the company
was great. We will be starting to put up trail signs in Nov.
Contact Gary Hanson if you can help.
Also, remember to sell those calendars, this is the County's way of making the
groomer payments. Contact Nancy Olson if you need more calendars to sell
or buy.

Why do we ride? Read this piece by one of our members, it is why I like to ride.... " I See" by Karl Brickl
Club News:
Trails will be open as long as we have at least 6" of snow. Current trail conditions are fair to good.
Through a lot of effort by club members and cooperation of the City of Onalaska, we were able to reinstate the trail connecting the Great River Trail with the LaCrosse River Trail thru the city of Onalaska. Keep in mind we have a 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM no snowmobiling curfew thru Onalaska. We have made every effort to sign the trail thoroughly so no one has an excuse to be off the trail. Going off the trail will result in shutting down of the trail again.
